Time-Sheets:

Please make sure that your timesheets are signed and returned to us before midday on Tuesday or they will not be processed that week and therefore your payment will be delayed. It is your responsibility to submit your signed timesheet to us on time.

Holiday:

Holiday must be requested three weeks in advance. You will not qualify for holiday payment unless you have worked for us for 13 weeks consecutively.

Cancelling Shifts:
We strongly discourage last minute cancellation of shifts. Shifts should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations should be accompanied by an explanation of why you will not be able to cover the shift.

On-Call:
The 24 hour on-call service is for emergencies and urgent calls only. Please note that any other issues or queries will only be attended to during office hours 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday. Issues relating to payment can only be discussed during office hours.

Corrine- Head of Accounts
Available to discuss timesheets, payroll and general matters relating to finances Monday, Thursday and Friday 09:00-17:00 and Wednesday 09:00-12:00.
Rachel V - Deputy Manager: Rachel is available to take calls to discuss shift bookings, applications, staff availability, any problems, concerns or general queries 09:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday. She is only available to take face to face meetings by appointment only 09:30-12:00 Tuesday-Thursday.
