Who are we? We are a fully registered Domiciliary Care Agency who provides experienced and fully trained care staff to support people in their own homes. Our aim is to promote independence and maximise choice for all our service users. We pride ourselves on offering culturally sensitive services, through the provision of sensitive and highly skilled carers.
We offer help and support with:
- Personal Care, including bathing and toileting
- Supervision and administration of medication
- Assistance with mobility in and around the home
- Escorting and accessing the community
- Arranging and supporting attendance with medical and healthcare appointments
- Support with housework and household tasks
- Help with budgeting and paying your bills
- Assistance with cooking and eating
- Respite for carers
We offer flexible arrangements for daily calls, waking night staff or sleep in duties if required. We also provide staff that ‘live-in’, enabling the service user to develop a trusting relationship and consistency in their care. Our 24 hour on call service ensures that we go that Xtra mile for you during all hours of the day.
